Run a manual cleanup between schedules - Cloud

To force a cleanup to run between scheduled cleanups you can run a manual cleanup at any time.

1. Go to Scheduling and cleanup → Manual cleanup

2. Enter cleanup display name, selection criterias and choose cleanup action. The cleanup name will appear in the Cleanup History.

3. Start cleanup/review
   Click the button Start cleanup (or Start review if Add to list for review is selected as cleanup action). You will be notified when the cleanup starts and when it is completed.

4. View logs
   Follow the link view logs to see an overview of completed cleanups, or Goto Scheduling and cleanup → History. History contains both scheduled and manual cleanups.

5. Show affected users
   Locate your cleanup in the list and click Show users. Users affected by the cleanup are displayed in the User screen.
