Review list of users before cleanup - Cloud

Before initiating a new cleanup, such as removing product access for multiple users, it can be a good idea to review selected users. You can then choose to apply the cleanup action either to individual users or in bulk.

1. Go to Scheduling and Cleanup → Manual cleanup. Enter selection criteria and choose Add to list for review as cleanup action.
   
   Note that this feature is available for both manual and scheduled cleanups.
   
   

2. Click the button Start review.

3. A confirmation message is displayed when the job starts and completes.

4. Select View/Show logs to get an overview of performed cleanups.

5. Select Show users to show the list of users who were selected for review. You can search users by name or email and filter results by management and account status.

6. Select user(s) and manually perform the desired cleanup action either for a single user or a set of users.

   1. Remove product access will remove access to the checked products by being removed from the corresponding licensing groups for that product.

   2. Assign or remove from group can be used to assign or remove group to the checked users.
