Automated User Cleanup and Deactivator for Cloud is designed to help you quickly get an overview of activity levels across your user base, to automate the task of deactivating inactive users and to provide structure to the often less organised process of administrating users coming from a domain external to the organisation, typically consultants or guest researchers.

The application has three main features:

  • A dashboard designed to give you an instant overview of activity levels across your user base

  • A cleanup scheduler enabling you to define one or multiple company-specific rules to automate user deactivation

  • A user table designed to give you more details about user activity at the individual level and to perform bulk operations on subsets of users
