This page shows all groups stored in the associated user directory. This will INCLUDE local groups created in that directory, so the list might not be a perfect match to the identity provider.

This page shows a (searchable) list of groups provisioned through the selected SCIM directory/API connector. Note that Atlassian sometimes handles groups in an unintuitive way, so you can end up with, for example, the license group being shown in this list. This is caused by the Atlassian product creating a duplicate group with the same permissions when the SCIM request to create the user with the group is received.
