SCIM provisioning events shows an overview over the previous provisioning events. This is often helpful to take a look at if your instance is not properly synchronizing users like expected as it will show timestamps of SCIM calls towards your Atlassian instance. If this is empty, then either your identity provider is not sending SCIM requests like expected, the requests are lost due to networking issues, or the SCIM requests are going to another node in the cluster if you are running a cluster.
