Prevent traditional login
Prevent traditional login
Prevent traditional login is a security feature of Kantega SSO that allows you to block users from logging in with username and password. When using Jira, this feature can be toggled on both for licensed users and unlicensed (JSM) users. In addition, it can be configured to allow users in certain groups or directories to use traditional login. A common use case is forcing all users stored in Entra ID (Azure AD) to use SSO while having a local administrator account that is still allowed to use traditional login since it does not exist within Entra ID.
