The IdP integration settings allow you to modify values configured during the setup wizard. The identity provider name is the user-facing text that will be displayed on the login button, and the login URL contains the URL that the identity provider redirects the user to after they are redirected.

The box about more than 150 groups and fields below will only show on EntraID when using SAML since this requires special handing. You only need to set this up if some of your users logging in are potentially members of 150 groups or more.
