EasyGroups lets you define Role templates with standardized group memberships, so you can perform bulk operations for group assignments.

You find EasyGroups in a Jira Admin panel under Apps > Manage apps:

The following users are missing group memberships that give them product access:

To assign the proper product access, you use EasyGroups so you can utilize your role templates.

1. Search for the user(s) that need groups
   
   

2. In this case, both the users are to be onboarded as System Administrators, with access to all products:

   Now if we revisit the users' profiles, they have been assigned 11 group memberships each so they have the needed product access, in just a few seconds:
