Configure manual cleanup

Goto Scheduling and cleanup → Manual cleanup

Enter cleanup display name, selection criterias and choose cleanup action. The cleanup name will appear in the Cleanup History.

Start manual cleanup

Choose thlick the Start cleanup/Start review button.

You will be notified when the cleanup starts and when it is completed.

View cleanup logs

Follow the link view logs to see an overview of completed cleanups, or Goto Scheduling and cleanup → History.

The log contain information of both scheduled and manual cleanups.

Locate your cleanup in the list and click Show users.

View cleanup results

Cleanup results is shown in the User screen

When you open Users from a cleanup with action Review users, the filter Marked for Review is applied.
