Configure manual cleanup

Goto Scheduling and cleanup → Manual cleanup

Enter cleanup display name, selection criterias and choose cleanup action. The cleanup name will appear in the Cleanup History.

Start cleanup

Choose thlick Click the button Start cleanup/Start review button.

You will be notified when the cleanup starts and when it is completed.

View

logs

Follow the link view logs to see an overview of completed cleanups, or Goto Scheduling and cleanup → History. The log contain information of History contains both scheduled and manual cleanups.

Show affected users

Locate your cleanup in the list and click Show users.

. Users affected by the cleanup is shown in the User screen.

When you open Users from a cleanup log with action Review users, the filter Marked for Review is applied.
