Manage user cleanup by manually performing actions on individual users or in bulk

Before cleanup is carried out, for example removing product access for many users, you might want to review the selected users. You can perform the desired cleanup action on a single user or a bulk of users.

1. Goto Scheduling and cleanup

   

2. Open the cleanup schedule you want to manage or add a new cleanup schedule.

3. Configure criteria for selection of users and choose cleanup action Add to list for review.
   

   

4. Save your configuration and click the button Run now or Dry run.
   You will be notified with a link: Go to results when the job is finished.

5. Clicking the Go to Results link will open the User screen, displaying users marked for review.
   Alternatively, you can access the review list from the 'Users' drop-down menu and complete the review at a later time if you prefer.

6. Perform the desired cleanup action on selected user(s)

   Remove group / Add group

   Deactivate / Reactivate user
