Global customizable texts

Global customizable texts currently contains information for users when traditional login is blocked for the user attempting to log in. The messages look as follows:

Message shown to users when traditional login is blocked for all users

Message shown to user when traditional login is blocked for the user’s directory

Note that this error is shown in a page that the user is redirected to after attempting to log in.
