Perform a Dry run to get a preview of the cleanup before the scheduled cleanup will start. This might be is useful if you are creating a new schedule, and want to control understand what users are affected by the cleanup.
Goto Scheduling and cleanup, .
Open the schedule you want to test. Make adjustments if needed.Insert Screenshot: Edit schedule
Scroll to the bottom of the screene screen and Save changes.
Then click the button Dry Run.
You will be notified with a message in the screen when finished.
GOTO users . The result of the latest cleanup is shown in the screen.link: Go to results to monitor the cleanup.
Follow the link. The User screen opens with result of the Dry run loaded:
