Diagnostics logging is enabled the same way as audit logging, through the Atlassian application’s standard logging facilities. Follow same procedure, just replace the logger name/category 'com.kantegasso.AuditLog' with 'com.kantegasso.DiagnosticsLog' in the examples above.
