Logging
You can enable or disable our ability to read the apps logs.
However, we strongly recommend having this enabled, as this lets us be proactive about fixing issues. Without it, you will have to submit a support ticket for us to fix potential problems.
We will never log any user data other than Atlassian Account IDs
How to turn enable/disable log access
Go to Atlassian administration
2. Click the Atlassian app chooser and select Admininstration
In the sidebar
Open the Apps menu,
Open sites,
Select the site you have installed the app.
7. In the sidebar click Connected apps. Find the app and click View app details.
8. Scroll down and Click Enable log access
