Kantega User Management & Licence Optimizer for Cloud helps you quickly overview activity levels across your user base and automate deactivation of inactive user accounts. The app also helps structure the often disorganised process of managing users from external domains, such as consultants or guest researchers.
The application has three main features:
A dashboard designed to give you an instant overview of activity levels across your user base
A cleanup scheduler enabling you to define one or multiple company-specific rules to automate user deactivation
A user table designed to give you more details about user activity at the individual level and to perform bulk operations on subsets of users
