Custom information box on Jira Service Management login page

This feature replaced Informing external users about traditional login being prevented in Kantega SSO 6.33.0

There are multiple scenarios in which informing end users on the JSM login page can be helpful. To make this easier, Kantega SSO offers a custom information box with HTML support that can be enabled at Kantega SSO → Common → Customizable texts.
