Why are users no longer redirected on the Jira Dashboard on Jira 10+?
With the new login page introduced in Jira 10, users can no longer log in on the dashboard because the login widget got removed. For this reason, Kantega SSO no longer treats the dashboard as a login page by default, which means that automatic authentication will not trigger there.
If you want to force users to log in when visiting Jira, you can visit Kantega SSO → Common → Force login and add /* to Force login paths.
